adZoic ("adZoic", "we", "us") is an AI-native demand-side platform (DSP) headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, serving advertisers across Asia. This policy covers our website and the adZoic platform. It does not cover the websites or apps of publishers and partners, which have their own policies.

Information we process to buy ads
When our platform takes part in an ad auction, we receive and process technical signals about the ad opportunity. These can include device and browser type, operating system, approximate (not precise) location, IP address, the page or app context, and ad-interaction events such as views and clicks. We use this to decide whether and how much to bid.

5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed:
- Ad exchanges, supply-side platforms and publishers — to take part in auctions and serve ads.
- Service providers — hosting, analytics and security vendors who process data on our behalf under contract.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, or to protect our rights, users and the public.
- Business transfers — if adZoic is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Advertising and log data is kept for limited periods for measurement, billing and fraud prevention.
7. How we protect it
We use technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring — to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@adzoic.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
9. International users
We operate from Bangladesh and work with partners across Asia and beyond. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.
10. Children
Our website and platform are intended for businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, provide a more prominent notice.
